1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AB999 platform in any capacity, you enter into a binding agreement with AB999. This agreement is effective from the moment you create an account or, if earlier, from the moment you first access the platform for any purpose.

These Terms apply to all AB999 users regardless of location within Pakistan, device used, or method of access. They apply equally to sports betting, casino games, jackpot slots, crash games, card games, and all other products available on the AB999 platform.

AB999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, AB999 will notify registered users by email or in-platform notification. The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page, and the date of last update is shown at the top.

2Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use AB999, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Be a natural person (not a company, trust or automated system)
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player on AB999 or any affiliated platform
• Have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you

AB999 takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request identity documentation from any player at any time to confirm age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued ID. Until verification is complete, AB999 may withhold withdrawal of funds from an unverified account.

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on AB999. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other details requested during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your AB999 login credentials. AB999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your password. • Account sharing or transferring your account to another person is not permitted
• You may not allow third parties to use your AB999 account to place bets on your behalf
• AB999 accounts are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside of the platform
• Accounts that are inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity review

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on AB999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). AB999 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:

5Betting Rules

All bets placed on AB999 are subject to the specific rules of the sport or event on which the bet is placed, in addition to these general Terms. Specific rules for each market type are available within the relevant section of the AB999 platform.

Key betting rules applicable across all AB999 sports markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. In the event of a significant odds movement between submission and processing, AB999 will notify you of the new price
• AB999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including due to pricing mistakes, incorrect market descriptions, or technical faults
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data. AB999 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice
• The minimum bet on sports markets is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by event, market type, and account history
• AB999 reserves the right to limit stakes or restrict betting access for any account at its sole discretion, including for professional bettors or accounts displaying unusual patterns
• Bets placed after an event has concluded ("late bets") will be voided and stakes returned

For cricket markets specifically, the following rules apply: if a match is abandoned or no result is declared, all match-level bets will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets confirmed before the abandonment will be settled according to the score at the point of abandonment, subject to the minimum overs requirements stated in the individual market rules.

6Bonuses & Promotions

AB999 regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Pakistani players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to that promotion in addition to these general Terms. In cases of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General bonus terms applicable to all AB999 promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

• All bonus offers are available to eligible registered AB999 players only. AB999 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must satisfy stated wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be turned over before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a 10× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 in eligible bets must be placed before the bonus converts
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%; some casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion
• AB999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed
• Bonuses may not be combined unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise
• AB999 may cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if it has reason to believe the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or exploitation of a technical error

7Casino & Games

All casino games available on AB999 — including jackpot slots, crash games, card games, and live dealer tables — are provided by certified third-party game developers. These games operate using independently tested and certified random number generators (RNGs) that ensure all outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

Crash games (including Aviator and similar titles) operate on provably fair algorithms. The hash of each round's outcome is published before the round begins, allowing any player to independently verify the result after the round concludes.

• Game results are final once a round is completed. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with AB999 support within 72 hours of the round ending
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, AB999's server records take precedence in determining the state of play at the time of disconnection
• Progressive jackpot prizes are paid in full from the jackpot pool, in PKR, to the winning AB999 account within one business day of the win being confirmed
• AB999 publishes the theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot and casino game. These figures represent long-term average returns across all players and are not a guarantee of individual session results

8Responsible Gaming

AB999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Pakistani player base. We believe that gaming should always be a form of entertainment — not a source of financial distress or emotional harm. AB999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period
• Session Time Reminders: Receive in-platform notifications after a set duration of continuous play
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or up to 6 weeks
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily close your AB999 account. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the stated period

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the AB999 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating more than one account on AB999, whether under the same identity or a different one
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with the platform in any way
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or bugs for financial gain. AB999 must be notified immediately of any bugs discovered
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets on events whose outcome you have material non-public knowledge about
• Money laundering or any use of AB999 for financial crime, including depositing funds obtained illegally
• Collusion with other players in any casino game, poker variant, or other competitive format
• Abusing bonuses through systematic exploitation, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing AB999 staff or other players through any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape or copy any part of the AB999 platform

AB999 actively monitors all accounts for prohibited activity using automated and manual review systems. If prohibited activity is detected, AB999 reserves the right to freeze an account pending investigation and to withhold all funds pending the outcome of that investigation.

10Account Closure

You may request closure of your AB999 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. On closure, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

AB999 may close your account without prior notice if:

• You are found to have violated any section of these Terms
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory instruction
• Your account has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months and holds a zero balance
• We determine, at our sole discretion, that continuation of the account poses a risk to AB999 or other players

In cases where AB999 closes an account due to a Terms violation, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Verified deposited funds that have not been used for any prohibited activity will be returned.

11Limitation of Liability

AB999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous service for Pakistani players, AB999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance wherever possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AB999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use the AB999 platform
• Losses resulting from force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, internet service outages, or power failures
• The actions of third-party payment providers, including delays or errors in the processing of deposits or withdrawals
• Technical errors in game providers' software that occur outside AB999's reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes AB999's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by AB999's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12Privacy & Data Protection

AB999 takes the privacy of Pakistani players seriously. Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with AB999's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

Key data practices at AB999:

• Personal data is collected only for legitimate purposes: account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance
• AB999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes
• Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies as required
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting AB999 support
• All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 and data at rest is stored using industry-standard encryption

13Changes to These Terms

AB999 may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes — such as changes to withdrawal policies, bonus terms, or prohibited activities — we will notify registered players by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor clarifications, grammatical corrections, or updates to reflect changes in payment methods may be made without prior notice. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

If you disagree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the AB999 platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10. Continued use of AB999 after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14Disputes & Contact

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your AB999 account — including bet settlement, payment processing, or bonus application — please follow the procedure below:

1. Step 1: Contact AB999 customer support via live chat or email at support@ab999.plus, providing full details of your complaint, your account details (username, mobile number), and any relevant transaction or bet IDs
2. Step 2: AB999's support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. Complex disputes may require longer investigation
3. Step 3: If you are not satisfied with AB999's resolution, you may escalate the matter in writing to our compliance team. AB999 will provide a final written response within 14 days of escalation

All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

These Terms and any dispute arising from the use of AB999 shall be governed in accordance with the policies and procedures established by AB999's operating entity. AB999 reserves the right to update dispute resolution procedures from time to time in accordance with Section 13.
